A Quick Update

Well it's been a while since I posted, but we've been so busy lately. It's not slowing down either with Christmas fastly approaching. Well Kaytlin will be 13 months tomorrow. I can't believe she's getting so big. She is walking everywhere... we've got to post some videos of her going to town. She's so cute to watch. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. We've had Callie over to play today which was fun. Kaytlin had alot of fun playing with her and loves having a friend around. We've had some new pictures done but they are already off of the website of the photographer.... so we'll try to scan some in soon. We are looking forward to Christmas. I know it will be tons of fun for Kaytlin and us. We are thankful to finally have a weekend of nothing to do. We're gonna finish putting up the lights outside and that's about all I have planned. I may actually see if I can get my facial appt for tomorrow and Drew said he would keep Kaytlin so I could. What a great Daddy. I couldn't be more blessed with a better husband and incredible daddy to Kaytlin. Tomorrow night is Clinton's Christmas parade. We may try to take Kaytlin but it will be so cold. I think she'll love it. If so we'll post some pics of that as well!!!

Kaytlin's First Birthday

Well this past Thursday, November 6, was Kaytlin's 1 year old birthday. We can't believe it's already been a year. She is definitely into everything and just took like 4 or 5 steps in a row this past Sunday. We got it on video so we will post that soon too. On Kaytlin's actual birthday we just got a cake from Kroger to celebrate and she was all into it. It was hilarious. Then Saturday we had her big party. She got so many cute toys and clothes. Thanks to everyone who came. We have had so much fun with Kaytlin over the past year and know we will have so many more good memories to come. Here are just a few pics from those two days.

Halloween 2008!!!

Well it's been a while since we've posted. But last week we had our Fall Harvest at church. Kaytlin was dressed up as a pink and black ladybug with wings. She was just adorable. We had fun with our friends Case and Mason too. There was a petting zoo which Kaytlin loved and tons of other things going on that Kaytlin loved too. Here are just a few pictures from her first Halloween.

Kaytlin's First Fair

We took Kaytlin her first State Fair. We ate a biscuit (which Kaytlin loved), ate at Penn's (which she also loved), visited the petting zoo, went to the circus, and looked at all the lights. I really think she loved it all. She loves loud and fun places like that. She didn't get to ride any rides... she's not quite big enough. Maybe next year. I'm sure we will be going back for many years to come.

Cookout with Friends

Well this past weekend our friend Tali was in town from San Diego. So Jamie and Aaron decided to have everyone over for a cookout at their house. It was alot of fun. Kaytlin played with Case and Kaytlin and we had so much fun visiting with everyone. We've got to get Kaytlin a drum like Case's. She's been banging her toothbrush on my stool so I need to hurry and get her one. haha. I also finally caught a picture of Kaytlin standing up on her own. She's getting so big... She just turned 11 months this past Monday. She'll be walking before we know it.

Hotty Toddy!

Well Drew is so excited that the Rebels just won so we decided to go ahead and post our pictures from last week to show everyone Kaytlin's attire for the Ole Miss games. We went to the Ole Miss vs. Vandy game last week which was not quite as fortunate for the Rebels as today. But Kaytlin did really well and loved checking it all out. She loved the pom poms too. Hope you enjoy the pics.... we think she looks pretty cute but we are biased for sure.

Ten Months!!!

Well Kaytlin is 10 months old now. She is all over the place now... She's a pro at crawling now and pulling up on everything. She can walk all the way around the coffee table and cross over to the couch. She's getting a little braver every day, but she's still a little bit chicken like her mommy. Our days of just sitting around are over for sure. She is moving everywhere, which means falls are coming along with that. So I'm constantly following behind her. We will post a new video soon of her new accomplishments these days and some new pictures as well. She is changing all the time. She'll go to her first Ole Miss game next weekend on the 21st so you know we'll post some pictures of that. Her daddy is so excited to take her. I'm sure she'll be decked out so check soon after that for pictures.
